Rate Information

Our transportation rates are established in accordance with applicable regulations under Chapter 47A.

  • Initial Drop$3.00
  • Mileage Rate$2.80

    Each 1/4 mile is $0.70 or $2.80 mile

  • Traffic Delay / Waiting Time$0.40

    Traffic delay time/waiting time, per 1 minute

  • Extra Passenger$2.00

Zero-Tolerance Policy for Intoxicating Substances

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for intoxicating substances, as required under Chapter 47A.

  • Drivers are prohibited from consuming alcohol, illegal drugs, or any impairing substance while on duty.
  • Drivers may not operate a vehicle under the influence of any intoxicating substance.
  • Any reported violation will result in immediate investigation.
  • Confirmed violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from service.

Passenger safety is our highest priority.
